Went to lunch with my aunt and my food came out cold. My aunt also said the snow crab legs felt rubbery and did not taste good at all.

Just everything was awful Our waitress was very helpful and tried her best to accommodate us. Once she got her manager it went down hill from there.

She had a very nasty attitude because we couldn’t understand her thick accent. She became very frustrated when I asked for a coupon or dessert for the inconvenience Very disappointing I always come here but never had a problem until now.

Product or Service Mentioned: Red Lobster Manager.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
