Red Lobster - Termination
I was terminated today for giving alcohol to another worker in a to go cup , the reason why I am writing this is because I feel it was unfair for me to be terminated when the management team also does not follow alcohol use regulations, certain managers have had beers in a to go cup, has personally asked me to pour them a draft beer in a to go cup and bring it to the office , another manager has also poured liquor in a to go cup before leaving for her shift and I believe it is very biase for me to be terminated for something that other managers do, it doesnโt justify what I did but no one else is being accounted for what they do as managers when they are supposed to be leading by example, Iโve uploaded a picture of a draft beer in the office that the manager was drinking while in his shift

Horrible management is their norm, and I was always a rule follower and was terminated after a table complained from the time they sat down until the new manger went by their table. They took me off the floor and I was terminated.
I was never able to even explain what happened. They never fire the ones that steal food, and have bad attitudes. I hate to say this again, but as an employee never do wrong just because others do it.
I have been serving my entire life because I love it. Red Lobster can't keep good employees because they are unfair.
What a baby.....You did wrong...You were fired....Problem solved. Wherever you land, Do Not violate company policy regardless of whoever else is doing the same.

First of all no one asked you to comment thatโs number one .... number two no one said I wasnt wrong period so you need to *** period because I know I was wrong on my part and number three you canโt go hard about a company policy if your a manager and not following your own policy period so *** and get the *** outta here because what goes around comes back around
No one said She was right ... but companies and managers period should be following company policyโs also no matter what , how are you terminating someone on something you do also and drink on the job ?

Sounds like that isnโt the o my reason you got fired. Appears you have quite the attitude problem as well. May want to tone that down.
