We had a group of about 20 folks come for a retirement party at the Red Lobster located on Hwy 190 and Trimmer in Killeen, Texas. The place was not very busy at all.

Our service was exceptionally slow. My order was messed up three different times because the servicer was not listening. I asked for another glass of Iced Tea twice and it was never brought. At the end of the function, the servers were not prepared to take our money.

I was the second person in line and was paying in cash. was asked if I could wait until everyone else was cashed out to get change. I eat at Red Lobster all the time and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had and the place was not even very busy.

I teach customer service on Fort Hood, so I know what right looks like; this was not a picture of what good customer service is supposed to be. This experience has really given me a bad taste about returning in the future.
