The food we had at red Was horrible. We paid $60.00 for food that we could barely eat. The dish my husband got was so salty he couldn't eat it. He has been sick for 36 hrs. I chose the cheese burger. It was ok. But the cheese looked artificial.Thw fry's where not hot.and the burger was not hot. The sweet tea was not sweet and watered down.It was a bad experience.The food on a scale of one to ten I would rate it at a 2. Thank you for nothing. Discriminating employees,tried to talk to manager but she also was very rude,,she said thats the way it is

Bad service I'm not getting my food

Flies on my food waitress and manager put me in a spot to where I have to stuff myself in order to get my third set of shrimps unlimited I had to eat everything until I get it her name is Miss Crawford. Then another manager named Crystal she was very very nice and professional and took care of me. I felt sick while I was eating in order to get what I was paying for.

Horrible service

I wanted to red lobsters in sunrise highway I was told before I even gotten to the door that my infant granddaughter needed a highchair and we could not come in with the stroller this baby finally after 10 more minutes we were sad now it was approximately 240 by then the server came around 2:55 finally have to take another order she came back to let us know that we could not order from the lunch menu I got up and went to Olive Garden next-door I had great service and I will never visit this red lobster again the customer service was the worst at the Front door from the host down to the server

If I ever visit sunrise Highway green acres red lobster I would like for all of the ones that should be trained for better customer service I’m afraid to go there and eat because of what happened today September 20, 2022

Lukewarm food, inadequate supplies for endless Shrimp.

The shrimp was all premade and not hot. The server was wonderful. I will not say a bad thing on her. I used to work at this location in Plano, Tx off Highway 75. I was very disappointed with the food quality and the fact they were out of the "new" shrimp for endless shrimp. The biskets were dry and lukewarm. The scampi was barely room temperature, the alfredo was lukewarm, and just gross. All in all I will say that I will never go back to this location.

You are NOT entitled to a full refund. If you cannot afford their prices do not go there.

Stick within your budget.

You were already given a $32 discount stop being greedy.. There are soup kitchens for people like you.

The Commission alleged that a class of 31 men with intellectual disabilities was subjected to severe abuse and discrimination for more than 20 years by Defendant's owners and supervisors in violation of the ADA. The abuse consisted of verbal and physical harassment such as referring to workers as "retarded," "dumb *** "stupid," hitting, kicking, restricting their freedom of movement, requiring workers to live in deplorable and sub-standard living conditions, paying them only $65 a month for full-time work and failure to provide adequate medical care, among other things. I went to your restaurant for dinner and I ordered a steak it was over cooked my wife's dinner was not even hot by the time I got my replacement steak it took 20 minutes I was very disappointed I will not be back again

They also posted this June 23, 2022 for Texas Roadhouse. They previously posted this to Red Lobster, also on June 23, but that time they used Burlington, NC as the location.

This person is trying to scam these restaurants into sending them gift cards for free food. I know times are hard, but to resort to this level of deceit is beyond disgusting and inappropriate.

Discrimination, unfair practices, harassment by management and staff, unsure

I was fired today because of reasons that were unjust and unfair. And I've been harassed in the past few days from these accusations from the two employees the same to employees. And I have not been informed of anything. I have been singled out, discriminated against, and treating them fairly compared to the other staff and also discriminated against the way I talk and yelled at by the manager and threatened.

Discriminated against, harassment, injury to my integrity, misinformed

I was terminated today on Monday wrongfully. I am a victim of unfair and discrimination by management and staff. Some actions acted upon me is biased and untrue, unfair accusations, harassment, misinformed, discrimination, public embarrassment, injury to my integrity and rights from accusations. Harassment by management, and unfair treatment.

Don’t get it

My son order me spaghetti with lobster I got 2 times it was so awful couldnt eat it . Lobster was tough I dont know what sauce it was it was mush. Husband got steak lobster it was tough. Spent 130 complained said refund money never did. I order it again same thing never again
