Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Called the restaurant after the fourth attempt I spoke to Sam the GM.
He looked into it and found that Dylan never initiated a refund. Sam issued a refund, an apology, and a $50 gift certificate and asked I give them another chance.
I politely asked a server to check the status on my order, I had already been waiting 45 minutes. The server yelled at me! CAN'T YOU SEE WE ARE BUSY WE'RE OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF BEHIND. That is when I asked for a refund.
Dylan, the manager on shift that night, said he cancelled my order and that I would receive a refund in 710 days. Today is February 28, 2025, 14 days later and I still have no refund. I called the store and spoke with Dylan. He took my name, my number, and order number.
He said he would call corporate to confirm the refund and would call me back. Dylan never called me back. I called the store again, I was told Rob was a manager that could help me. Again, my name, my number, and order# was taken, and I was promised a call back.
I still have not received a call from Dylan or Rob. I emailed corporate myself and I received an email from guest relations that I would hear from the general manager of Red Lobster on Friday. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME.
I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. EVERY SINGLE PERSON I HAVE DEALT WITH AT RED LOBSTER REGARDING A REFUND HAS COMPLETELY IGNORED ME!

Dont order delivery from via website they will only send DoorDash an address without an street address just the city and zip and DoorDash willl deliver to wrong addressThen manager tells me its not they fault DoorDash got the wrong address and leaving me without food saying its nothing she can do call DoorDash(when I placed the order I didnt order It through DoorDash I ordered it from Red Lobster website) when I called DoorDash they tell me its not they fault Red Lobster sent an incomplete address to them there was no street address just city and zipand cant issue no refund call red lobster customer support.Whats even crazy you cant even enter a incomplete address on website.But here I am no food and I got to wait for red lobster customer support to contact me back within 48 hours cause the manager now is avoiding my calls at restaurant..Guess I just lost $126..Never trying Red Lobster again. Look at photo and youll see the address Red Lobster sent to DoorDash

On Wednesday, 26th, the day my mother died. I went to Red lobster.
As seater when one came minutes later tried to order my Free Rewards At the window but no one came to the window finally lady seated me told her before seated will l be out in time she said Yes because it was before 3pm. I also told Waiter I head a very important meeting ask Can he's Opinion he says okay, However he was very slow took a long time getting to me on everything? Ask for my meal to go still took long time to even come over name was Octavio L. At mentor 7744 Reynolds Rd
And ask for my food to go.It was after 3:40pm so late for meeting .
I told him about over charge me than got home some took a Piece of chunk out of my steak called send pictures Said I would get refund the next day.
Didn't yet talk to both managers Trisha trisha and Christina l been coming her for over 20 years l know alot of the workers my favorite is Jason and l always tip well!!! Please help I have I have all I have all the evidence

In December 2024, my family dined at Red Lobster, spending over 156 dollars, and we got food poisoning. No one has called me after I filed a complaint. I talked to the manager who gave me instructions to file a claim, but no one has called me back.

Went into red lobster for a event in July of 2024 spoke to mgmt about our experience was told would receive a refund gift card and restaurant closed .called corporate office and they declined to give me a refund when I was told before restaurant closed I would receive one . Its not my fault as a consumer why wont this be done?? Have been waiting for a while and no response

Good day. On August 11, 2024, I took my husband to Red Lobster for his birthday. He ordered the family feast with steak. Our waitress, Nia, informed us that the steak was not finished cooking and initially served us the rest of our order. When the steak arrived, it had so much blood that I had to use a napkin to wipe the plate to prevent the blood from contaminating the rest of the food. I notified the waitress and she took the steak to the kitchen to have the chef cook it further. I told the waitress that I needed a well-cooked steak with no blood. However, she brought back the same steak, still filled with blood. I then requested that the steak be replaced with fish which she did. My husband was disappointed because he had wanted the steak so much so that he expressed his desire to leave.
I requested my bill from the waitress and soon realized I was being overcharged. I asked her to provide an itemized bill and alerted her to the fact that my bill was inaccurately high. She admitted to giving me the wrong bill. I waited for almost an hour for them to take my information to have my money refunded. The waitress explained that it would take 5 to 7 days for the money to be returned and advised that I should call and speak with the Manager.
When I called to explain my experience to the Manager, Mr. Roosevelt, he seemed more interested in the four digits of my debit card. In fact, I had to tell him four times that I wanted him to listen to my restaurant experience before offering my card details. Finally, he began to listen. On August 20, 2024, $37.89 was returned to my account. However, on the same day, someone used my card to make an unauthorized purchase for $179.99. My bank called to notify me that an attempt was made to make a purchase for $500.00. The only people that had my information were the waitress and the manager.

I made a reservation a week in advance at the Cincinnati Kenwood location. It was for 7pm; they did not seat my party of 15 until an hour later.
We didn't get our drink order because the waitress said she lost her notes. We had to go to the bar and help her, which took another hour. Our food never came. In short, words cannot express how I felt.
It was my wife's 58th birthday. Some of my guests had to leave. I also witnessed others walking out. So, I went to the General Manager, but he did nothing; and I mean nothing.
I was shocked that Red Lobster would have him in such a position. From 7 until 9:30, we knew it was time to leave. We went to Texas Roadhouse, which was 5 minutes away, and they treated my guests great. We shared our experience, and what was so crazy is that all of the folks who walked out were there eating and couldn't believe they were seeing us.
In closing, like I said, there is more I could share, but you get the point. I was very angry.

I ordered two lobster lover dreams for pick up, took them back to the house opened up the container, the lobsters burned or spoiled not sure which, after such a large purchase, I cannot wrap my head around how the preparer of that food had the audacity to put that into that container.
I do have pictures of this as not to make this stuff up and cannot be more astonished at the quality of food that came out of red lobster yesterday. I called red lobster today.
My first chance I could get to and got a manager that was absolutely useless and condescending. I am 60 years old. I refuse to be spoken to like a child and that is exactly what she did. She knew she was wrong.
She wouldnt give me her name. There are plenty of restaurants to eat at and plenty to choose from.
Ive been a loyal red lobster customer for over 25 years. and I am appalled at the way this establishment has gone downhill.
