There has been to refund. Nothing has been done at all to solve this matter.

I had ordered from RedLobster using postmates and my order was delivered elsewhere. It was an order of 181.00 dollars made 08/07/2020. They told me they will refund me within 7 business days but we are now in December 7th,2020 and still I have not received my refund.

Wife ordered white fish and got 3 pieces size of minnows for 9 dollars 3 dollars each. My lobster and shrimp were done hard.

Nothing has been discussed over my awful experience with Red lobster. Lakeland location has horrible customer service and closes at 9ish instead of the door sign for 10pm

Problems with order related to clarity of website, and with the third party company I ordered through. Manager Heather was awesome. Food great as usual. Just know that if you order from the website you're ordering through Postmates so if you have to cancel, be sure to cancel through them.

Rude employee

Hello, Called in a take out order. Im told it was the call center I talked to. FYI very unfriendly employee. Could barely make out what she was saying. She did nothing to help that. When I told her no bread she asked if I had a milk allergy. I think she meant a gluten allergy? Anyway, she was uninformed, unfriendly and could have cared less. I’d like them to let employees know this is unacceptable. It brings about bad feelings for the restaurant involved. Enough so that the customer will not return.

Service

I enjoyed a meal, then when I paid the machine wouldn't record my rewards points. The second time that has happened at this location. I receive ur emails and the food is decent, but blockage to send a message is way better than the food. I don't need points or special incentives. Just fix the system when it fails and make it. Where the problem arises, a path that is simple

Complaint about the service received from manager

Spent $70. plus dollars at Red Lobster 0238 on 7/9/21. My order was missing an order of clams. After calling and notifying the store of their error, they asked that I come back to pick up my order. The manager, said her name was Jane, took over. She placed a new order of clams and provided the order without any empathy, no consideration of my time and gas, or even offered any napkins or silverware. After pointing out her lack of customer service, she stated she had done all she is required to do. Unfortunately, her surliness is due to her lack of diversity training and her lack of respect for black customers, which this location predominantly services and employ's.

User's recommendation: File more complaints until RL removes the manager.

About visit at this restaurant

CryI went to Red Lobster in Colonial Heights, Va 23834 on July 9, 2021, at 12:30pm, I went to Red Lobster with myself, my mom, and my aunt, so, my aunt is allergic to seafood, she wanted to order Cajun Chicken (grilled) Alfredo, the waitress told us that the grille was not working, so, we didn't order at this restaurant, but he told us to we can take the cheesy bread with us since he had brought to the table. And also, half of the items are gone off the menu since the last time I was there. We were excited to eat at Red Lobster. I should receive a free meal about this.

Bad experience

Horrible experience while dining they separated or group even though they had enough space they made us wait there even though some people are just walking in and be seated without a reservation because if they had a reservation they wouldn't be asking how many so they could be seated.

Nasty Food

After being i hospital and a nursing home for over two years i order a Captains Feast and when i got it it was so soggy i couldn'tn even eat it. The portions was a joke. So i ask my kids to meet me at my local Red Lobster and the meal was no different. When our food came my son-in-law ask the waiter, is this it. LOL. We said what do we ow for our drinks. We paid and went to King Fish. Never again . NEVER.

Food is unacceptable, cold, not a complete order. so I now have to somewhat salvage this dinner confusion which is why I decided to order out TY somuch for the help

Food was cold service was bad management did not help resolve problem

Crab legs felt like they had been frozen and slightly warmed up. Cracking open the leg, the meat was cold to the touch and management stated that it was due to sitting at the table. It was not cooled off. It was cold as if it had been in the freezer. Manager did not offer to take anything off the bill and only offered more crab legs to take home that would probably be cold as well. Did not assist with any type of solution.

Cold food dining in at Merritt Island Red Lobster 0075

Ordered 2 Ultimate Feasts and both were served with cold Snow Crab legs. Was told due to skeleton crew and no manager. Last time I will visit this restaurant. Wasted $82.45 on a Friday evening. Check #28881.

i can only tell you ive eaten at red lobsters for years . i actually love red lobsters food but ive been there twice now in the last 6 months both times the food tasted as if i were eating food that was reheated and old . i mean from location to location there definitely a difference . this is not a cheap place to eat and for what i spent so dissapointed
