Red Lobster - Dine In

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Manager and waitress was very nonchalant. Gave us dirty menus after we waited over 1 hour. If my party wasn't hungry I would have walked out. TERRIBLE!

Red Lobster - Ridiculous

Group of 5 went for dinner at 6pm. Numetous booths and tables empty. We were told they couldnt sit us for at least 45min.... No service staff available!

Red Lobster - Colonies NY*poor,messy svce

Feb 25 2018 sat at bar had dinner & drinks*had no lemons for seafood & bartender such poor svce never filled h2o we were waiting for another cocktail* didnt get one left all dirty plates on bar,dropped off ck never offered desert & still waited for a 2nd drink,will not return ,place was a mess & bar had approx 6 people

Red Lobster - Terrible

Waited 40 minutes to enter then a another 10 for waitetess ordered food and salad and mushroomcame we had no flatwear askef front desk for some and waited 10 minutes more a d finally waitress came and we again asked for flatware took a another 10 minutes to get them. The resturant was have empty. Never had such poor service here before. The place is on north 10th. Mcallen Texas

Red Lobster - Bad service poor food

My family and I waited over an Hr for our food to come. Once we received our food it was cold and old tasting. My mother then found the longest strand of hair which she started eating and pulled it out her mouth. This is ridiculous and this issue needs to handled.
