Red Lobster - Long wait!

Called on Thursday put our name on a list was told might have to wait a little bit but have been waiting for an hour!! And while waiting they have been sitting people left and right. Had a party of 13. I understand a big part has to wait but they knew we was coming and still making us wait an hour. That is completely unacceptable.
