Gave us a buzzer informed us that we had another 30 minute wait at least. Which we waited for it. I spoke to Carol Parker who is the manager who stated that they were still learning the system. I want to be completely reimbursed for this horrible visit at the Red Lobster...

Red Lobster - Long wait!

Called on Thursday put our name on a list was told might have to wait a little bit but have been waiting for an hour!! And while waiting they have been sitting people left and right. Had a party of 13. I understand a big part has to wait but they knew we was coming and still making us wait an hour. That is completely unacceptable.

To my amazement, here at the Red Lobster, here at Bklyn Gateway shopping mall. I received such outstanding service from the take-out server, Dionne and her Supervisor, Elisee, Eric. Red Lobster - They broke my phone

Nothing at all but paperwork and we didn't get any did discount or anything after what happened to us in the store ! Our feeling are truly hurt ! No one should ever have to have what happened to us happened to them and have it handled the way we got handled I can't find the words to tell you how bad it hurt my feelings I'm truly sadden by this
