Greetings ! to whom it may concern I am writing to share my Bittersweet experience at your establishment.
On August 4th 2018 I had the pleasure of dining at your store #821 much to my dismay I was told there was a problem with your credit card machine upon waiting a half an hour my card was manually swiped with a manual credit card machine, well the next day while checking my bank balance my card has been swiped six times for the same amount of $20.05 I called the store and spoke with your store manager mr. Michal Langhorne in the mist of my upset and outraged he was awesome , mr. Langhorne was very apologetic patient and polite it took every bit of 5 days to correct the problem which I received a call from him ( mr. Michal Langhorne) everyday with questions and willingness to help solve the problem he (mr.
Michal Langhorne) even called the bank on my behalf . As I come to the end of my Bittersweet experience I would like to thank mr. Michal Langhorne for his professionalism patient and excellent management skills .
I'm asking that he (mr. Michal Langhorne) be commended and recognized for his greatness and professionalism sincerely Sandra McMillan thank you !
