Very disappointed with manager service, very rude and condisending.
Ordered two ultimate all you can eat shrimp meals, they came with a Pepsi beverage and side salad with baked potato, we also ordered two beers and cocktails, the food was satisfactory, they forgot to give us our Pepsi until we reminded them, we ended up ordering more shrimp, ate a little more and asked for to go box, at which time we were told we could not take the food on our plate home with us, we asked to speak to manager, the manager stated that this is corporate policy, we replied that we didn't intend to order anything else we just wanted to take what is on our plates, what we have paid for and what they intend to throw away after we leave anyway I hope, she was very rude and was not trying to make our customer experience any way better, we've eaten at Red Lobster for over 40 years, all over the United States, and this was by far our worst experience, and to top it all off our waitress tried pulling a Karen or the manager was out right lying because she said my husband cursed at the waitress which was a lie. This Red Lobster in Beaver creek, Ohio on North Fairfield Road

I was racially profiled
Nobody ever reached out to me from the Corporate office of Red Lobster.
Street, Chula Vista, CA 91910. A white family was in front of us when we walked in the door. She told them there was only one server, so their wait time was 10 minutes. But she ends up putting them in the bar area.
So we approached the counter because we were following. She told me and my husband that we (black couple) had to wait 20 minutes. I told her, you just said the people in front of us only had to wait 10 minutes, but you seated them. I said, we'll wait.
Then she asked me my name; I said Jackie, and she called me Jack. I tell her my name is Jackie. Then she says I was screaming at her. That wasn't true; I just told her my name.
I'm a regular at Red Lobster and always tip well.
To be treated the way she treated us, I will no longer eat at your establishment. I didn't particularly appreciate how she seated the white family and told us we had to wait 20 minutes. I genuinely believe she racially profiled us. Because we were black, she didn't figure we had money.
I'm the CEO of Women Initiating Success Envisioned and the Director of Women's Re-entry at the Urban League of San Diego County. Our mission is "to assist African Americans and other underserved people in San Diego County to achieve social and economic equality through advocacy, bridge building, and program services."
She disrespected us.
And she was a Filipino. It doesn't matter; I didn't particularly appreciate how we were treated.

I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN, DISABLED VETRAN,,I WENT TO TEXAS FOR VACATIONAND REDLOBSTER MANAGER STOLE MY PHONE,, THEN TOLD IF I CAME BACK THEY WILL CALL POLICE, I NEED MY PHONE PAID FOR AND VACATION EXPENSES REIMBURSTED ,, I NEED A CHECK FOR $7000.00, ROBERT SUTHERLAND HAS HAD 2 WEEKS TO CORRECT THIS,, INSURANCE COMPANY SAID REDLOBSTER HAS NO VIDEO,, I KNOW THATS CRAP,, TOU CAN SEE IT WHEN YOU WALK IN THE DOOR,, EVERY THING SHOULD BE ON VIDEO.. ALSO DOES REDLOBSTER HAVE A LOST AND FOUND PROCEDURE,, GUESS NOT WHEN THE MANAGER WANTS TO STEAL YOUR PHONE.. I AM SO SO SO MAD RIGHT NOW,, REDLOBSTER STOLE MY PHONE LEFT ME FEELING VIOLATED AS WELL AS PHYSICALLY SICK THIS NEED TO GET RESOLVED, I WAS STOLEN FROM AND TREATED VERY BADLY BY RED LOBSTER

The corporate number can be easily obtained by simply visiting the Red Lobster website.
