I called on September 21st to make reservation and the rep said we not taking any the wait is 10-15 minutes. I got to the location at 3655 Orange Place, Beachwood Ohio 44122..... and was told the wait was 2 hours I proceed to wait I stood outside while out side all the cooks, waiters, manager and employees kept coming outside standing around not to mention with their apron on!!! I thought when they go outside they suppose to remove their apron???? I kept going in to check on the time and after an hour and a half I asked can my party of 5 be split up they said no because you would not be close by I said ok.... I went back outside 45 minutes later I come in and said how much longer she said 2 more parties are ahead of you I look over by the bar and there are at least 8 tables empty I said why can we not go there the rep said oh its a new girl over there can not put you there.... as I'm waiting its 2.5 hours later I ask for the manager and I ask him a African American guy why are we still waiting and why cant we go over by the bar???? he said oh you can go there but you will be split up I said ok that's fine we been here 2.5 hours and we should have been able to sit there an hour ago when the rep said no because the waiter was new...……….. So we sat there our party was across from each other which was fine 2.5 hours later we just want to eat. Male waiter went to table across from us and gave them water then biscuits then took there order brought back a salad and at least 30 minutes later and my table still do not even have WATER NOR DO WE KNOW WHO OUR WAITER IS...… so the lady who was our waiter walks past 5 times we finally say hey can we get some water she says one sec.... then she tells the guy that's your table he says no manager told me which tables were mine and we are sitting there 30 minutes just waiting on some water they start arguing loudly in front of us as they are fussing about who was going to wait on my table..... they girl was a new hire and she was very rude they guy was the trainer and this was very un professional behavior if they had an disagreement they should talked about it in the back not on the floor in front of customers!!!!! This was the worse service I have ever received in my life...… the manager can not control the staff and he don't know what he was doing!!! While they was arguing I asked for them to start arguing and some one please bring us some water. I also asked for them to get the manager while waiting on manger my sister went to bar and asked for some water and they said we don't have water we only serve drinks here.... when the manger came I said they are not suppose to arguing from of guest and he said they was trying to figure out whos table it was..... really was that his response????? I said whatever they was doing it was suppose to be in the back not in from of the customers then I asked him for some water I said to him as you can see we been her 30 minutes with no water and now my sister who sat down at the same time as us is done with her salad and food is now being delivered to her table. Over all this service I received was horrible!!!!!! Poor management!!!!! If there was a more trained manager then the restaurant would run more smoothly!!!!!!

I can't believe you would wait two hours for a restaurant as mediocre as RL. Lots of options very close, I bet.

Horrible service. Horrible Food.

We arrived at Red Lobster around 5:00 pm. There were hardly any people there. There were several booths and tables available but we were taken all the way in the back and forgotten about several times. When our food finally arrived, 45 minutes after we ordered, my popcorn shrimp was frozen! I could have gotten very ill. My family and I asked several times for our server, she never returned! Needless to say my family and I are will not be eating at any Red Lobster again unless their service improves.

Tired of the wait

I called to place an order on valentines days. I was on hold for fifteen minutes no one answered the phone. After a few minutes more the phone automatically hung up. I never got a chance to do a to go order. Ended up calling the olive garden. they picked up and took my order. shout out to the Olive Garden.

You need toy be careful to pick your customers! You tick off the wrong people and you will pay at the check out counter! My money is as good as anyone’s! I will not be back along with many family and friends. If you want to protect the liberal point of view that is your choice. I pick America and Americans that have been here all their lives! You will not make it in regular America. We have Americans that are needing health insurance and jobs, and you choice illegals over real Americans! No sorry. Your resturant ia over for us!

I have been in the red lobster in Panama City florida & both Times I was very disappointed in the staff's service. Yesterday we went in to give the restaurant another chance and again We were disappointed. When we walked in the hostess said wait just a moment while I wipe down your table. She walked to the other side of the restaurant to wipe down the table but then instead of coming to Seat us she began wiping down other tables and when she decided to walk back toward us she stopped to talk to everyone else in the restaurant. Meanwhile we are left there still standing and looking at all the other empty clean tables and wondering does she think we're going to just continue standing and waiting! We finally just walked out without eating ! Someone needs to get into this restaurant & give the staff some training ! .. floruth09@***.com

My experience was awful and what made it even worse was that we were celebrating birthdays and anniversaries

Yes we went to Red Lobster Friday February 1st and then we went to Red Lobster Monday February 4th that experience both times not normal for Red Lobster weed at Red Lobster all over the country seem like the staff was very shorthanded and the food took very long so someone could call me back I would love to resolve this for both occasions my number is 610-457-**** thank you

My family and i visited redlobster 10/20/2018. @1534 hrs approximately 30 prior to arriving i called the restaurant to confirm what time does lunch hours end all i heard was a bunch if playing around talking, laughing i wasn't sure i had the right number after about 10 seconds i said hello the person on the other end said i said hello i was waiting on you so i asked about the lunch hours they answered me so we decided to go there.As we arrived my sister went hoping to be seated while I was outside waiting on my son to put his shoes on in the car which took about 12minutes. By the time myself and my 2 sons got inside my sister was still sitting there i asked what happened she said they never asked me can they help me so by the time we walked up to the podium the manager we assumed was on a personal phone call we said excuse me he said hold a second so we started googling another redlobster because we were ignored he gets off the personal call proceeds to walk away i said hello can we be seated he said ob I'm sorry he called someone to seat us. We really wanted to leave but the kids were to hungry to continue to look further we were on a mini vacation as we were seated we had to ask for a kids menu although my son decided he just wanted icecream they bought the menu i said does he get crayons he oh ok I'll get them but the whole time we are waiting there's plenty of laughing and joke from the workers again poor customer service

Dead We have been good customers of Red Lobster for a very long time. As of TODAY, we will NOT GIVE OUR MONEY OR TIME TO RED LOBSTER. RED LOBSTER decided to get POLITICAL, (sic) and not support THE TUCKER CARLSON SHOW, THEREFORE, WE WILL NOT SUPPORT RED LOBSTER. When a corporation makes these political decisions, based on their now know political leanings, it is time to leave and not go to any Red Lobster for and dinners/lunches.
