Why do yall have a wait list on line and u come to red lobster and still have to wait over a hr for services..that defeats making a reservation..my time is valuable..and this is unacceptable..if i show up on time for my reservation i expected to be seated like any othet restaurant u make reservations at..this is bs and yall need to do much better

We were served some foul tasting and smelling flounder. We didn't complain in the restaurant because of the 1 and a half it took to get the checks straight, we said we would call corporate on Monday. But we left and called and spoke with the manager Miriam who had comped all of the people who was waiting a long wait. But she took our money it was 78.00, and they ate all of their food, we didn't . Miriam said she would call corporate and give them my email and have gift cards issued.

the waitress was cleaning off the adjacent table, and overloaded the tray with dirty dishes from a party of 4 guest. she lost control, and the dirty dishes fell sending broken glass in the direction of my table. The glass was on the floor, on the table, and in the bread. My foot was wet. the next morning I found a cut on my leg with a piece of glass sticking out. The manager initially deducted 50% off of our bills, but later decided to not charge us anything. The waitress showed no interest in what happened. she did not attempt to clean up the broken glass. I am a diabetic, I am hoping this does not get infected or cause me any other issues later down the road.

I am writing to express our displeasure with this Red Lobster establishment located at 3162 S. Atlantic Avenue Daytona Beach Shores Florida upon a recent visit on Aug 25th while celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary.

We thought we could run in to a familiar establishment but to our surprise major regret. Immediately upon walking into this establishment it was obvious this would be a bad experience.

Upon entering the establishment it reeked of mildew. In spite of this we decided to ignore the smell thinking maybe it was just us. After being seated in the back of the restaurant as if we were back in the 50’s wasn’t bad enough!

The waiter took about 15 minutes or longer to come out and acknowledge my husband and me. The food tasted funny and my husband was unable to eat his food due to it not being fully cooked.

Never again will we visit this establishment while visiting Florida.

In closing I want it to be noted that upon leaving we noticed another couple who were minorities seated in the back as soon as they entered the establishment as well. Attention Red lobster please get with the times treat all customers the same regardless of their race.

Stop it Marsha. You are trying to play the race card when nothing racist happened at all. Customers are seated according to rotation, so that servers will be given an equal number of tables or as close to it as possible.

I ordered a filet mignon medium well and when I received it it was very red practically raw, I sent it back and got the same raw steak back! The manager did take our appitizer off the bill bit considering the steak was 22.00 they did not make it right at all! We will not go back for sure ! This happened June 2 nd at the Hermitage PA Red Lobster

Ordered grilled shrimp as an add on to the sailors platter. I am glutenfree so I told her that the kitchen usually makes it with some type of seasoning that's really good. I told her I did not want the grilled shrimp with no seasoning!!! IT CAME WITH NO SEASONING WHAT SO EVER!!!!! THEY TOOK IT BACK AND JUST BRUSHED SOME SCHAMPI SAUCE OVER IT...STILL TASTED BLAND. They took it back to start fresh and it didn't come back until after the meal!! Nothing was said. Then I asked to use a Red Lobster reward for a dessert. It called for the chocolate wave cake, but since I am glutenfree I asked to switch to the cheese cake that we could eat just leaving the crust. After all this, I felt that the dessert should have been comped anyway. However, the manager said No the rewards are very specific and can't be changed. Really!! We all know they could have switched the basically same price dessert. It was about par for the way the experience was going. On a positive note, our waitress was very good.

My husband and i have been eating at Red Lobster for years and have always enjoyed tbe food. Yesterday evening we went to our local Red Lobster in Spartanburg SC. The service was promot and the waiter was very nice. We ordered and noticed the tartar sauce was awful, it was not the original tartar sauce they had served for years, it tasted like a cheap grocery store brand. The cole slaw tasted like it was on the *** of spoiling. The popcorn shrimp was cooked a little to hard. Later in the evening my husband and i both experienced neusea. Just letting you kniw the quality isnt there anymore.

My lobster was old(mushy). My food was cold. My brocoli wasn't cooked all the way. I didn't get all my food at once. My side item didn't come with my food. I had to ask the waitress for my side item. And waited 30 minutes for my side item to come out. My shrimp was overcooked and chewy. My son's fries were old and cold. It took an hour for him to receive the rest of food. It took over an hour to receive our food. My waitress didn't know the prices of the food. She had to keep looking at the menu every time I asked a question. She quoted me wrong prices for the drink and additonal items I ordered. The service and food was terrible. Also my table was dirty. I had to clean it myself. The plates that my waitress brought out were extremelydirty.

My wife and I went to Red Lobster in Greenwood,SC for our 60th anniversary. We have been to many Red Lobsters and never had a bad meal. That all changed with this meal. First the biscuits were not the Red Lobster biscuits. We had the petite Ultimate Feast. Bad food. No hot melted butter. Service was bad I left no tip. I never do that. I called afer I got home and talked to assistant manager. She said she was very sorry about my experience. She said she was gong to send gift certiicate to make up for it. That has not happened, and am sure it never will. I will never go to the Greenwood Red Lobster again.

My wife ordered a live Atlantic lobster and was so very disappointed! Anniversary dinner and lobster was undercook, tough and was served in the shell, not opened and split or at least cracked! It was to tough to easily pull from shell and server agreed it was bad! The manager only offered a 50% compensation of lobster price, this for an unstable meal! Will not be going to this restaurant anymore terrible food! Server agreed with us, should have comped the entire meal!!

That’s the way lobster is served is in the shell. The only time it is split is if you are ordering the tails. That’s why they give you crackers to open the lobster.
