Issue at recent visit

I'd like to know, why are the customers being charge $1.99 for a side salad??? When you order certain meals, it comes with two side dishes.

Salad is on the menu as a side dish. The last two times I visited Red Lobster, I was charged $1.99 for my side salad.

It's not even on your menu to be charged, it's listed on the menu as a side dish. I'm an unhappy customer.

No utensils on our table to eat our food with. No straws for our drinks.

It took forever for my husband to get his cocktail beverage.

Overcharged for one of our meals, had to redo the receipt. There was another customer dining there that was very loud using inappropriate language in front of all the other customers including my grandchild.

We went to red lobster Schaumburg location on 12/24/23 and I added the 12 digits number for my reward points but its not getting updated
Also we were there one more time and paid with my gift card but forgot to add it in my app

My food was awful. The fish wasn't fresh, the salad had wilted lettuce. I asked for extra sour cream and butter for my potato, not only did I not get the extra. I got none. I asked for extra.tarter sauce, I did.not get any extra. I tried eating it, it was pretty bad. $28.00 and some change later, I threw it in the trash. Very disappointed.

Arrived and after a short wait was seated in an almost empty restaurant, no more than 10 customers. Waited 31 minutes before getting up to find a manager to see why we were not being waited on. Finally after a few more minutes server came and we ordered our food. Food was mediocre at best. It is pretty obvious why red lobster is rapidly losing market share as they need better management from corporate on down.
